CONTRACTOR shall place Low Volume Solution Collection Fill around [he Low Volume Solution Collection Vertical Riser Pipes in maximum 12-inch loose lifts and compact using a hand operated vibratory plate compactor to [he satisfaction of the MANAGER and CERTIFYING ENGINEER.
