Per our discussion, <br />I agree-that this will resolve itself once the amendment is <br />approved. If for some reason it is not we can resolve the issue <br />after the February Board hearing. The extension request is from <br />November 21, 2006 to February 23, 2007. /r. <br />The other outstanding issue were the missing permit boundary <br />markers.
