I have
included with this letter the Division's guideline for bond release. Basically, there are four items
that need to be addressed or modified:
1. A proof of publication of the newspaper public announcement.
2. An additional set of proposed final topography and actual final topography maps with
major deviations explained.
3. Documentation that permanent impoundments have achieved the criteria of
Rules 4.05.6 and 4.05.9 to include engineering certification and discussions of future
maintenance.
4. The bond reduction and this current bond release were based on a worst-case bond
of 5650,000.00. You might want to readdress the figures you have to reflect this
difference.
If you have any questions concerning these items, please give me a call.
Sincerely,
Harry B.
