As discussed on <br />the phone shallow depressions and berms will be used to contain <br />the runoff from the areas not drained into pond 7. Copies of the <br />letters transferring this information to BLM and OSM are also <br />enclosed. <br />Answers to your questions are as follows: <br />1) Emergency spillway - Page WW-27, Appendix WW, <br />Vol. 7, has been revised to show calculations <br />for the use of an 18" CMP rather than half of <br />an 18 CMP. Page 174 and Exhibit 22 reflect <br />the change. <br />2) Emergency spillway freeboard - A note on page <br />WW-27, Appendix WW, Vol. 7, specifies the one <br />foot freeboard. <br />3) Small area exemptions - Shallow depression <br />with resulting berms will be used rather than <br />silt fences. Pages 171C and 178 and Exhibit <br />12C have been revised to show the changes. <br />4) Wrong reference to pond 7 - Page 178 has been <br />revised. <br />
