Inc. to International Uranium (USA) Curporannn for )his operation. International Uranium fUSA) Corp <br />is now the pzrmiued opermor of the Sunday Mine, and as wch, is responsible for all provisions in Pcmtit No. <br />M-77-285. as well as those specified in the Rules and Regulations. Enemy Fuels Nuclear, Inc is relieved of all <br />respunsibilhics concerning this operation. <br />Please Nrne: <br />I. All u( thz application materials, as amended and supplemented, are an inteeral part of your pennn. They <br />havz been incorporated into the permit by reference.
