Pond ~3 needs to be reclaimed as it traps very little water and its
capacity as a sedimentation pond is no longer necessary,
The woody plant density standard of 3750 stems per acre is a higher number
than we would require. If the number were cut in half to 1850 or even 2000
stems per acre, we would have no objections to those numbers,
The fence that was built under project x`3672 is a grazing pasture allotment
division fence, with same allottee leasing both pastures, so there should be
no problem with replacing the fence when the time cones to do so.
When the Ct•SLRD feels the monitoring wells are no longer necessary and releases
Wyoming Fuel Co. to plug and abandon them, the BLit ;could consider releasing
the bond,
Should you have any questions or need any additional information, feel free to
contact Gene Dillashacu of this office,
''S~ncerely,
David art
Acting Area Manager
CC: Jerry Koblitz
