Canany <br />Division Director <br />Natural Rewurce Trustee <br />On May 13, 2005 the Division of Minerals and Geology approved the Amendment application submitted to the Division <br />on Apri121, 2005, addressing the following: <br />Increase permitted and disturbed acreage from 3.Q to 9.9 acres with a maximum disturbance a[ any one time of 3.0 acres. <br />Quarry highwalls will be a maximum height of IS' during mining, and will be reduced to a height of 6' during final <br />reclamation. <br />The terms of the Amendment No. 1 approved by the Division are hereby incorporated into Permit No. M-1981-075. All <br />other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-1981-075 remain in full force and effect. <br />The Division has calculated a total reclamation cost of $1,400 for the proposed disturbance. (Please see attached <br />reclamation cost estimate). Therefore, the existing Snancial warranty of $1,015 is insufficient to complete reclamation. <br />If you have not already done so, please submit a supplemental bond in the amount of $385.00 or a replacement bond in <br />the amount of $1,400.
