Long <br />Division D6eaa <br />DISCUSSION: Mr. Lsachman called to find out if Renewal No. 4 (he had received the Division <br />letter of July 30, 2001) was for new disturbance at the mine. The answer is no new disturbance. The <br />mine is in permanent cessation, and the permit renewal is for continuing reclamation (reclamation <br />work goes on for over ten years, permit terms are for five years). <br />The discussion continued on to address water depletion requirements. Walker is to call Lzachman <br />with information in the permit. <br />150900Aug01. l.eachman returned Walker's call (left on voice mail). Walker read paragraph 3.7.6.3 <br />(page 3-93) of the Permit Application Package (PAP) and the history section of the 1999 Midterm <br />Review to L.eachman. Lzachman will review their records for a record of review and decision. <br />Walker will review the permit with regard to water use in reclamation. <br />1511 ISAugO L Walker called Lsachman and read paragraph (IS' part) 4.4.2.6 (page 4-60) of the PAP <br />to him.
