Monks <br />Construction Co. for this operation. Enclosed is Letter of Credit No. 01-1986 <br />issued by the Farmer's State Bank in the amount of E5 ,000.00 along with the <br />Financial and Performance Warranties you originally provided. This Letter of <br />Credit has been released in its entirety as of the August 03, 1988 Board <br />approval for the succession of operators. Your should notify Farmer's State <br />Bank of this release. <br />R.E.
