The Cripple Creek & Victor Gold Mining Company requests that the appropriate OMLR
representatives meet immediately with CC&V, representatives of the design engineer, and the
construction engineer to ensure that CC&V has answered all questions in a manner satisfactory
to the OMLR and that, with the information and plans submitted herein, the two-foot thickness
is acceptable. We request that the meeting be in the next few days because of our need to
proceed with the scheduling of the processing of Drain Cover Fill.
Upon acceptance of the plans detailed in this letter, CC&V will update the technical
specifications for review and acceptance by the OMLR.
Thank you for your efforts.
E.
Environmental Affairs
Attachments (2): 1.
