However, much of this impact should be <br />reclamation plan which is designed to replace existing vegetation values. It is imports <br />however, as development continues additional stress will occur to resident wildlife wh <br />reclamation for existing values extremely even more critical. <br />It is our suggestion that concurrent reclamation and an intensive monitoring plan be an <br />the reclamation process. The current proposal should be adequate, but it is necessary th <br />compliance be achieved. Additionally, we strongly urge a preproject photo record of th <br />established so we have comparative preprojecUpostproject information.
