The Division of Minerals and Geology, in accordance with Title 34, Article 33, of the Colorado <br />Revised Statutes, hereby issues notice that on May 2, 2005, a minor revision application (MR-306) to <br />the West Elk Mine, Permit No. C-1980-007, operated by Mountain Coal Company, LLC, P.O. Box <br />591, Somerset, CO 81434 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. MCC has submitted <br />the annual operating plan for methane degas wells for the 2005 field season.
