Also <br />enclosed is a copy of the PROOF OF PUBLICATION showing we <br />published the required notice in the Sterling Journal Advocate. <br />It was published April 19, 1996, April 26, 1996, May 3, 1996 and <br />May 10, 1996. These should be the last items we need to submit <br />before the Division can issue the permit.
