Long <br />2768 Compass Dr. X101 D~. ~,~nn Dirnc w~ <br />Grand Junction, CO 81506 <br />Re: Technical Revision No. 18 <br />North Thompson Creek Mine (C-81-025) <br />Dear Mr. Stover: <br />The Division has reviewed your letter, dated October 26, 1995 with <br />regard to the above referenced technical revision and has the <br />following comments: <br />1) The updated version of Map D-2-5 which was submitted <br />addresses the concerns voiced by the Division in the most <br />recent adequacy review, dated October 4, 1995. <br />2) The second comment on the Division's October 4, 1995 <br />adequacy letter was not addressed. The comment is <br />reiterated below: <br />"As noted on the previous inspection report, the <br />emergency spillway for P-9 is dribbling water.
