Your project (reclamation amendment) has been reviewed in <br />accordance with Section 404 of the Clean Water Act under which <br />the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers regulates the discharge of <br />dredge and fill material in waters of the United States, <br />including wetlands. <br />Based on the information provided in the above-mentioned <br />correspondence and our telephonic conversation around this same <br />time, it appears the project amendment will not involve such <br />discharges.
