CO. 80906 <br />(719) 473-3100 ,has filed an application for a Regular (112) Construction Materials <br />Operation Reclamation Permit with the Colorado Mined Land Reclamation Board under <br />provisions of the Colorado Land Reclamation Act for the Extraction of Construction <br />Materials. The proposed mine is known as the Sokol Pit, and is located at or neaz Section <br />22, Township 125, Range 62, west Prime Meridian. <br />The proposed date of commencement is Dec. 1, 2005, and the proposed date of <br />completion is Jan. 1, 2025.
