Dear Mr. Mount:
We have reviewed this request for partial acreage release and made a field visi to the mine site
on February 1, 1999. We believe that the request to decrease the original mini g permit
boundary has no significant potential to negatively impact wildlife or wildlife hab t. We are
aware that the owner/developer is interested in the possibility of a conservation asement on the
property and have undertaken conversations on this subject. i
Should you feel there may be wildlife related issues with this application which ire are not aware
