Long
Diasion Dkenor
Thank you for your letter, dated 4/9/97, informing DMG and Delta County of Ms. Lacey's
desire to have Delta County conduct mining operations on lands owned by her.
During the application review process, DMG briefly discussed the option with Ms.
Clemens of Delta County. Ms. Clemens indicated that due to the impending decision date
for the conversion application, Delta County was not desirous of amending the application
to include additional lands owned by Ms. Lacey.
Delta County may, in the future, amend the affected acreage approved for the Lemoine
Gravel Pit, to include additional acreage, if additional material is required.
Please contact me at the DMG Durango office, 484 Turner Drive, Building F, Suite 101,
Durango, CO 81301, phone (970) 247-5193, if I can be of greater service.
Sincerely,
~~ ~! ~--
Wallace H.
