As we discussed during the permitting process for this pit, the change of water <br />source would need to be submitted as a technical revision or an amendment requiring a submittal fee. The <br />revision is deemed incomplete as the fee was not submitted with the change of water source. Therefore, it <br />cannot be processed. <br />Please submit the appropriate fee to initiate processing of this revision. If the revision proposes any <br />disturbance outside the affected area boundary, this change of water source may need to be processed as an <br />amendment to the permit. <br />Please specify how the water will be obtained from this seep and describe any surface disturbance, outside <br />the approved affected area boundary, that will be associated with this process. Also, a brief review of the <br />submittal noted that all pages of the Findings and Ruling of Referee and Decree were not included.
