I will
respond to each numbered item in order.
1. A legal description of the area requested for bond release was provided in the bond release
application submitted November 20, 1996.
2. The map intended for your review was inadvertently ommitted from your review package.
A new map has been prepared which more clearly identifies the area requested for release.
3. The meaning of this comment is not readily apparent. In the bond release application
submitted November 20, 1996, within the Description of Bond Release Amount Request the
area requested for release is described and the landowners development plans for the area are
described. As was previously described, the area has not been reclaimed, as the landowner
desires this area to remain in the current configuration to facilitate development of the fairways
and trails at the golf course.
4. As was discussed with Division Director Mike Long, and agreed to by Mr. Long and staff,
only the area disturbed by mining was required to go through the bond release process.
If you have any questions or require any additional information please feel free to call Jim
Hendricks or me.
Sincerely,
~'~'t,~s ~~-~~~
Michael S.
