The purpose for this Amendment is to: I) delete approximately <br />658 acres (Lost Creek reservoir site) from the affected lands area; 2) change the post-mining <br />land use at the mill site from "open forest" to "rangeland"; 3) change the post-mining land use <br />for a portion of the tailings impoundment to "developed water resource"; and 4) change the post- <br />mining land use at portions of the mine site from "open forest" to "industrial/commercial" with <br />the remaining portions of the mine site changed to "rangeland". <br />As per the Reclamation Permit Application Package fora 112d Designated Mining Operation, <br />Henderson hereby submits one (1) signed and notarized original and four (4) copies of the <br />Application Form and five (5) copies of the Amendment and Exhibits. The application fee of <br />$6500 also is submitted herein. A copy of this application packet is located at the offices of the <br />Clear Creek County Clerk and Recorder in Georgetown, Colorado and at the offices of the Grand <br />County Clerk and Recorder in Hot Sulphur Springs, Colorado.
