Objections identified in the <br />Informal Conference and the Pre-Hearing Conference will be <br />considered during the August 23-24, 1995 Board Hearing. <br />List of Objections: <br />1. Object to filling lake with offsite fill. Concerned that <br />chemicals, residues, and hazardous materials will leak or <br />leach onto neighboring properties or into the water system. <br />Objectors own an adjacent lake separated from this operation <br />by a dike. <br />2. Unsupervised dumping of used building materials, primarily <br />concrete, mixed with other things which could be hazardous. <br />3. Dust pollution from the operation if option no. 2 is accepted. <br />4. Unsightliness of used building and road products <br />5. People in charge not living up to their commitments. <br />6. object to permit being used as an industrial dump for a <br />prolonged period of time. <br />7.
