Range 86 West <br />Section 6 (portion o~ <br />Section 7 (portion ofJ <br />The lands referenced above are shown on attached map, SLB-1, State of Colorado Ownership of Permanent Features. <br />ROADS <br />The following regulations apply to the retention of haul roads and access roads within the reclaimed area. <br />Rule 4.03.1(Il(fl, All haul roadr shall be reruoved and the land affected reclaimed in acrordauce with the requirements of 4.03.1(7) <br />unless <br />(i) Detention of the road it approved as part of the postmining land use and the road complies with all applicable performance <br />standards; and <br />(ii) The landowner requests to the DJPls10n in writing, that the road or certain parts thereof are to be left open for further use. <br />Rule 4.03.2(Il(el, Al! aaeess roadr shall be reruoved and the land affected reclaimed in accordance with the requiremeutr of 4.03.2(7) <br />unlesr. <br />(i) Detention of the road it approved ar part of the postmining Laud use and the road complier with aU applicvb/e performance <br />standards; and <br />~i) The landowner requesu to the Divuiau in writing, that the road or certain pare thereof are to be kft open forfurther use. <br />In accordance with this Rule, SCC has designed and constructed all requested permanent roads to approved CDMG <br />criteria. These roads will provide long-term access for the property owner and enhance the proposed post-mining use <br />for livestock grazing and wildlife habitat. The toads have been reworked to achieve acceptable configurations according <br />to the approved CDMG aiteria as follows: <br />1. The top road surface will be 20 feet or less in width, as appropriate. <br />2. Road surfacing material from the narrowing of the section will be placed on the remaining road width, as <br />appropriate. <br />3. All areas re-disturbed by road naaowing activity will be re-seeded to the edge of the new road surface. <br />The toads requested for retention as permanent features aze further located and described as follows; <br />Townsh~6 North.
