Long <br />Urvisiun Durctor <br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology proposes to approve the above-referenced <br />technical revision application for the Colowyo Coal Mine (File No. C-81-019). Notice of <br />the proposed decision will be published as soon as possible. The publication will initiate <br />the ten (10) day public comment period for the Division's decision. <br />In summary, the Division approved the designs for the East Taylor Creek Sediment pond <br />based on the worst-case scenario of 89.0 stripped acres of topsoil.
