In each document, your consultant <br />indicates that there may be discharges to existing drainages and that, if so, a CDPS permit will be obtained if <br />needed. <br />Please be aware that you must obtain a Colorado Discharge Permit System permit for any discharges to state <br />waters prior to commencement of the discharge. You would need to apply at ]east 30 days in advance. <br />The determination of whether to apply for a permit falls on the discharger. Any discharges wi[houC an active <br />CDPS permit are subject to enforcement action and mandatory penalties of up to $25,000 per day. <br />Please contact this office if you need a permit application.
