This submittal includes text <br />on page 2.05-28(c)(1) and Hydrology modelling included in exhibit 8D. <br />3) Reclamation plans were intermixed with operations plans for EMD dewatering boreholes. <br />Revised pages 2.05-27(b) and 2.05-55(2b) were submitted by TCC. <br />4) The Division requested: accurate topographic maps depicting present and post-mining <br />topography for all disturbed areas of the permit, accurate cross-sections to approximate <br />earth volumes for all disturbed areas of the permit, and detailed text describing <br />earthmoving required based on the topographic information. TCC has recently performed <br />an aerial survey of the permit area. TCC estimates that maps should be available the <br />week of December 23, 1996. No updated topographic maps were submitted at this time. <br />For the purpose of the reclamation cost estimate associated with this mid-term TCC agrees <br />to DMG's estimated volume. <br />S) Many of the pond certifications were not in compliance with current certification <br />regulations. DMG requested pond certifications brought up to current standards and <br />incorporated into the Foidel Creek permit. Exhibits 8F, 8G, 8I, were submitted. These <br />exhibits correspond to pond B (exhibit 8F), pond C (exhibit SG), pond F (exhibit 8I). <br />Certifications for pond D, pond G, FCBH ponds, and Fish Creek Tipple pond was not <br />provided. Cross-sections and plan view for the wastewater treatment ponds was not <br />provided. Pond E was revised during TR-25, exhibit 8E. <br />Haul Roads <br />Certifications of haul roads were requested to bring the permit up to date with recent Rule <br />changes. TCC submitted road certifications and updated permit text pages 2.05-19, 2.05-21, <br />2.05-22, 2.05-22(a), 2.05-22(b), 2.05-23, 2.05-23(a), 2.05-23(al), and 2.05-23(b). <br />6) Updates to the "Confidential Appendix" were requested: <br />a) Exhibit 1-SW Mining District, R2P2, table 4, was not submitted as stated in TCCs <br />11/11/96 cover letter. <br />b) Exhibit 11 was submitted. <br />c) TCCs cover letter states that exhibit 13 was included in this submittal. The <br />Division did not receive exhibit 13. <br />d) Exhibit 45 was received. <br />e) TCC stated in the cover letter that Table 6a, exhibit 1, EMD lease information was <br />submitted. The Division did not receive this information. <br />7) Revised pages 2.05-13(b)(2) and 2.05-13(c)(6b) was submitted, along with map 29. <br />8) TCC choose not to excise map 32 from the permit. <br />9) Exhibits 10, 30, and 44 were submitted as requested. <br />10) The Division requested TCC re-organize exhibit 14-Hydrologic Monitoring Program. TCC <br />did not provide any information for this. <br />
