Box 628, <br />Nucla, CO 81424 was considered complete for the purposes of filing. This Minor Revision provides the <br />corrected engineering calculations and SEDCAD documents for attachment 2.05.3(3) 4 Pond 008 As- <br />Built section of the New Horizon Mine Permit Document.
