Also enclosed is the data from this station <br />(collected since 1993) which indicates that there has been little to no movement in this <br />area. MCC was also concerned about the slope stability that would result by placing <br />a 53,000 CY stockpile on a currently stable slope. Therefore, MCC's consultant, <br />WESTEC, completed the enclosed stability analysis on the slope. The safety factor <br />was computed to be 2.5. The light-use roads to access the pile will be field fit to be <br />constructed with minimum cuts and fills. <br />Please call if you have any questions. <br />'ehristine E.
