All other conditions and requirements of Permit No. M-77-326 remain in full force <br /> and effect. <br /> The estimated liability amount of-$220.00 for the Siloam Mine, when added to the existing liability <br /> amount of$28,220.00, exceeds the performance bond held. If you have not already done so, please <br /> submit additional bond in the amount of$28,000.00.
