Before a decision can be made on your <br />application, the following items must be adequately responded to. One item is a condition for approval of [he <br />application. Please state whether the applicant agrees with the condition. Failure [o agree to a condition of <br />approval automatically results in a decision to deny the application and the matter is scheduled for a final <br />decision by [he Mined Land Reclamation Board, at a Formal Public Hearing (Rules 1.4.1(9) and 1.4.10). If you <br />agree to such a condition but not the wording, please contact me right away. Please provide a response [n this <br />adequacy review prior to December 27, 2000.
