Cooper's resignation from Energy Fuels Coal Company, <br />Energy Fuels Coal, Inc., and EF Holding Corporation. Section 778.13, page 778-6R of the <br />permit states that, "Kerr Coal Company and Energy Fuels Coal, Inc. have common <br />ownership/control since the officers and directors of Kerr Coal Company are identical to <br />the officers and directors of Energy Fuels Coal, Inc." <br />This being the case, please update, via a minor revision, Section 778.13 of the permit to <br />reflect changes to the officers and directors of Kerr Coal Company. Please provide proof <br />of, and date of resignation of Mr. James T.
