Welt;
The Division received Mountain Coal Company's (MCC) package dated July 19, 1995
which included Various revised maps and permit pages for minor revisions
currently being reviewed or already approved. The maps and pages will be
reviewed or have been included with previously approved revisions:
*Map 41 - MR#128 (approved)
*Map 54A - MR#150 (under review)
*LPG-103F and page 2.05.56 - MR#153 (under review)
*Map 53A - MR#161 (under review)
Although MR#128 hoe been approved, Map 41 was replaced in the permit ae it was
not revised but provided to include the professional engineer's certification,
which was not on the map previously incorporated into the permit. The Division
assumes that LPG-104F and LPG-103F (reclamation) were provided for MR#151. This
revision provided the as-built topography of the fan and staging benches. That
revision was approved on May 2, 1995; therefore, the revised maps cannot simply
be added to the permit without a revision. I have enclosed the three copies of
the two maps with this letter. MCC should resubmit these maps in the form of a
minor revision.
Please call if you have any questions.
Christine E.
Environmental
cc: David Berry
ion Specialist
CEJ/007MAPS
