Dear Routt County Commissioners:
Pursuant to kule 2.07.4(3)(d) of the regulations of the Colorado Mined Land
Reclamation Board for Coal Mining, you are hereby notified that the right to
renew a valid, existing coal mining ana reclart~ation permit was issued to
Peabody Coal Co, Western Div, on December 31, 1985 for the Seneca II-W Mine.
The surface mining operation is located approximately 7 miles due south of the
town of Hayden, Coloraao.
