<br />PERSONAL REPRESENTATIVE'S CORRECTION DEED
<br />THIS DEED is made by Janet Lynn Paxson, formerly Janet Lynn
<br />Thomas, Personal Representative of the Estate of Grace Terry, a/k/a
<br />Grace C. Terry, Deceased, GRANTOR, to Janet Lynn Paxson, formerly
<br />Janet Lynn Thomas, Trustee of the Trust Estate of Grace Terry,
<br />a/k/a Grace C. Terry, GRANTEE, whose legal address is 7207 Richmond
<br />Avenue, Lanexa, Virginia 23089.
<br />WHEREAS, the above named decedent died on Jsnuary 26, 1991, in
<br />Mesa County, Colorado; and
<br />WHEREAS, pursuant to the decedent's Last Will, Grantor was
<br />duly appointed Personal Representative of the decedent's Estate by
<br />the District Court of Mesa County, Colorado, on February 4, 1991,
<br />in Probate No. 91 PR 24, and acts in said capacity pursuant to the
<br />Letters recorded 2/21/91 in Book 1623 at Page 868 of the records of
<br />Mesa County, Colorado;
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, pursuant to the powers conferred upon Grantor
<br />by the Colorado Probate Code, Grantor does hereby sell, convey,
<br />assign, transfer and set over unto Grantee all of Grantor's right,
<br />title and interest in and to the following described real property
<br />situate in the County of Mesa, State of Colorado, to wit:
<br />A tract of land located in the East part of Lot 10 of the
<br />Smith & Bailey's Riverside subdivision and also that part
<br />of Lot 7 of the Orchard Grove subdivision which lies in
<br />Government Lot No. 8, both parts are in Section 6,
<br />Township 1 South, Range 1 West, Ute Meridian, Mesa
<br />County, Colorado, described as follows:
<br />Commencing at the East Quarter Corner of Section 6,
<br />Township 1 South, Range 1 West, U.M. , anti considering
<br />that the East line of said Section 6 bears S 00°21'41" W
<br />to the South 1/16 corner of said Section 6, then S
<br />89°48'41" W 1296.4 feet along the center of section to
<br />the East 1/16 which is the southeast corner of Lot 10 of
<br />the Smith & Bailey's Riverside subdivision, the point of
<br />beginning; thence N 00°22'01" E 326.9 feet, thence S
<br />89 41'14" W 661.78 feet, thence S 00°03'23" W 325.5 feet
<br />to a point on the South line of Lot 10 of the Smith &
<br />Bailey's Riverside subdivision; thence from this point
<br />which is on the North line of Lot 7 of the Orchard Grove
<br />subdivision S 02°40'01" W 120.0 feet, thence S 68°54'30"
<br />E 398.08 feet, thence S 30°00'00" E 300.0 feet, thence N
<br />62°00'00" E 160.0 feet; thence N 00°22'01" E 450.0 feet
<br />TO THE POINT OF BEGINNING.
