We believe that all of <br />the requirements of the Mined Land Reclamation Act, the Rules and Regulations, and the <br />approved reclamation plan have been completed with respect to all of the Affected Lands <br />under this permit. <br />This Release Request is for that portion of the Sweeney Pit No. 30 (M-80-239), and <br />Conversion No. 1, on the BLM land lying in the NEl/4 of Section 35 and the NW '/, of <br />Section 36, T6N, R94W of the ti`s P.M., Moffat County, Colorado, as shown on the <br />attached Exhibit C-3.
