Long <br />Diri.ion Dirrdor <br />The Division issued a proposed decision to approve Bond Release Application No. 4 for the Edna Strip <br />Mine on October 26, 1998. It has come to my attention that the legal description in the proposed <br />decision document is incorrect. Section 36 is in TAN, R86W, not R85W as stated in our proposed <br />decision document. Attached is a corrected page 2 for the proposed decision document. The notice of <br />proposed decision will be republished in the Steamboat Pilot. The proposed decision will be <br />published in the Steamboat Pilot, as soon as possible. Publication of the notice initiates athirty-day <br />public comment period.
