G. Everist,,, Inc., Fort Lupton Sand and Gravel, amendment <br />application, previously scheduled for January 12, 2005 at 10:00 AM at 1313 Sherman St., #215, Denver, CO <br />80203, is being postponed. The Applicant and Operator are still addressing issues related to the amendment <br />application and, therefore, the recommendation date for approval or denial of the application has been extended <br />until January 21, 2005. The Preheazing Conference will be scheduled for the following week once the availability <br />of parties scheduled to attend the conference has been established.
