Basin Resources wishes to delete TR-27 and retain TR-29
since the drill holes are actually methane degas holes.
The following information is supplied in response to your letter
of deficiencies:
1. Three copies each of the Publication Notice for TR 29.
2. Three copies each of the SAE demonstrations for drill
sites and topsoil stockpiles within the Golden Eagle
Mine Permit area are enclosed for TR 29. Since the
degas holes are expected to be long-term installations
the topsoil stockpiles will be seeded with natural
vegetation.
3. Basin Resources, Inc. intends to construct a shallow
ditch on the inside bank of the roads and use straw
bales to control sedimentation.
Should you require additional information on Basin Resources
practices under this TR please contact me as soon as possible.
Si 7/ erely, ;~
~~iyr l.J. ,~6y-~
Ronald G.
