Please incorporate into PR-08 changes finalized by this new monitoring
program. In CDMG's letter of March 30, 1999, we asked for additional monitoring in the Box Canyon
area.
B-Seam Mrne Plan
A discussion has been proceeding between CDMG and MCC concerning the depiction of the planned
area of mining on Map 52 revised by PR-08. It is our understanding that a new map is being prepazed to
clarify the yeazs for which mining is planned in areas that appear to lie outside the permit boundary. We
agree that the new legend for the map should clear up this issue.
W'e look forward to finalizing this revision and moving omvard, and we appreciate the assistance of
N1CC in resolving these issues.
