This <br />redesign was necessitated by the construction of the new access and haul road <br />to the West Elk Mine which "cut off" the originally designed Phase V portion <br />of the pile. The new final pile configuration & stability analysis is attached. <br />Once approved, this information should be added to the front of Exhibit 51 in <br />Volume 10. The Phase V drawing in the same Exhibit should be voided or <br />discarded. <br />A copy of the proposed Public Notice for this Technical Revision Application <br />is attached.
