Blank . <br />Division Engineer <br />In response to our telephone conservation of January 21, 1997, Section 35-49-107(2) of the <br />Colorado Revised Statutes provides that a livestock pond with a dam, that does not exceed a <br />vertical height of five feet as measured from the bottom of the channel to the bottom of [he <br />spillway, and does not impound more than two acre feet of water, does not require a permit from <br />the State Engineer. <br />Please let me know if you have questions, or need additional information. <br />Sincerely, <br />1~~ <br />Edward W.
