Permit No. M-77-071, CN-001 <br />Please be advised that on January 27, 1999, Lake County, whose address and telephone number are <br />P.O. Box 964, Leadville, CO 80461; (719) 486-0993, filed an application to convert M-77-071, Half Moon Pit, <br />a 110(c) Limited Impact Conswction Materials Permit to a 112(c) Regular Construction Materials Permit. The <br />mining and reclamation operation is located at or near Section 7, Township IOS, Range 80W, 6th Prime <br />Meridian, in Lake County. The application decision is scheduled for April 27, 1999. <br />A copy of the apphcation is available for review at the Lake County Clerk & Recorder's office and at the office <br />of the Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 21 ~, 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203. <br />All written comments or objections must be submitted within twenty (20) days of the date of the newspaper <br />public notice to be considered in the application review process by the Division.
