<br />The Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology proposes to Approved Technical Revision
<br />Application No. 12 for the Meeker Area Mines (Permit No. C 81-032), submitted by Enron
<br />Coal Company. The revision addresses the partial reclamation of the two sediment ponds
<br />at the R.ienau No. 2 Mine site and the reestablishment of Curtis Creek ~i n~il.~r`original
<br />,channel location. ~ ~ ' ~ "~

<br />This proposed decision is hased on a finding that the proposed operation will comply with
<br />all requirements of the Colorado Surface Coal Mining Reclamation Act, Secl'i'" 34-33-
<br />]01, el seq., C.R.S., and the regulations promulgated thereunder. ~ ~`"
<br />Copies of the proposed decision, including stipulations, are on file (or public in$pection at
<br />the Colorado Division of Minerals and Geology, Room 215, Centennial Building, 13131
<br />Sherman Street, Denver, Colorado 80203, and at the County Clerk's Office in~Rin Blanco
<br />Coun[v, Box 599. Meeker, Colorado,~i1641-0001). Persons with an interest that may be
<br />adversely affected by the proposed decision may request a formal hearing before the Mined
<br />Land Reclamation Board nn the proposed decision. Such request must be made within
