I helve carefully reviewed then and sign and seal then to be accurate to the best: of my knowledge and belief as described. Any change, addition or deletion of any part of these descriptions will act to void any warranty or res>>onsibility, express or i~lied, that I may have towards the subject property. It is my understanding of the law that any responsibilities or warranties relieved of me in the above manner will automatically flow to the par':y responsible for the changes.
