ItECLA1I~TION t~TS (revised 8/93)
• EXHIBIT L
Reclamation costs are estimated on having a maximum area of
disturbance consisting of no more than 27.51 acres ± needing some
form of reclamation at any one time. This includes areas stripped,
partially mined and partially reclaimed, lake surface areas do not
need reclamation. The table below outlines the baseline data we
used to do our bond estimate calculation. The areas in the table
are all within the mined area. This exhibit was prepared by Steve
O'Brian of Environmer'rl, IltC. at the request of Albert Frei and Sons,
Inc.
DESCRIPTION TOTAL
AREA NEEDING REVEGETATION 27.51
LAKE AREA 58.74
SEEDBED GRADING/SHAPING 7.89
UNMINED 22.05
NEEDS REBOILING 10.00
UN-SHAPED SLOPES 3,400
SLOPE FILL VOLUME 9.72
S
ac.
ac.
ac.
ac.
ac.
