Box 2187 <br />Fort Collins, CO 80522 <br />RE: Greeley Pit, Permit No. M-77-036 - Financial Warranty Increase <br />Greeley West Pit, Permit No. M-77-081 - Financial Warranty <br />Increase <br />Dear Mr. Hickman and Mr. Lindsay: <br />On November 8, 1994 the Division received your financial warranties <br />in the form of Certificates of Net Worth and Fixed Assets for <br />Permit No. M-77-036 in the amount of $144,826.00 and Permit No. M- <br />77-081 in the amount of $78,727.00. In an October 4, 1994 letter <br />to you the Division inadvertently transposed the financial warranty <br />amounts for these two permits. Therefore, this letter is written <br />to correct the amounts of the financial warranties for the two <br />permits. The correct financial warranty amounts should be: <br />Permit No. M-77-036, Greeley Pit is $ 78,727.00 <br />Permit No. M-77-081, Greeley West Pit is $ 144,826.00. <br />The Division has corrected these financial warranty amounts for <br />both permits. Please replace the current Exhibit B with the <br />corrected Exhibit B (enclosed) for both financial warranty <br />documents. <br /> <br />
