A required third copy has been sent <br />to you and addressed to the Division of&ces at 1313 Sherman Street, Denver, CO. <br />1. It was requested that specific reference regarding inrtallatian of the silt fence fallowing reclamation of the drill <br />.rites be included in Tab 6, Appendix G-7, 2003 Exfilaration Program. <br />Response: The requested clarification has been included in ITEM 5, S.a -Narrative Description <br />(page 8J. The revision adds a commitment to install a silt fence along the downgradient toe of each <br />drill pad prior to reclamation. <br />SCC trusts that this response and revision will allow the Division to approve MR -54. SCC would <br />like to begin drilling in the near future in order to be completed prior to snowfall.
