This TR request includes an engineering letter
report and documentation of 375 feet of additional six-inch perforated perimeter drain lines
along the outer perimeter of the VLF liner in the azea where extensions to the tertiary solution
collection system of the Phase lVc Valley Leach Facility ("VLF"') were documented in
Technical Revision 46. This additional perimeter drain will further enhance percolation and
improve solution movement near the edge-of liner in the Phase Nc azea. Golder and Associates
have prepared the attached engineering letter report.
