Based upon my review, the
submittal appears mostly adequate and I have only two comments as follows:
1. Have they provided you with an exact description of reclamation
sequence following final grading? If not, it may be appropriate to
ask for that to determine if fertilizer was worked into the soil
prior to seeding.
2. The soils reports by D. F. Champion is concise, clear, and to the
point. I agree completely with the conclusions that were reached and
the fertilizer recommendations.
I did not review the report for map accuracy, seed mixture or engineering
certifications.
ern
4801E
215 Centennial Building, 1313 Sherman Street Denver, Colorado 80203-2273 Tel.
