The
revision involves revising permit maps and appropriate text pages reflecting an increase of the
permit area to include a 29 degree angle of draw due to subsidence.
EFCI has proceeded to obtain right of entry for additional lands within the revised angle of
draw and to incorporate these changes on the permit maps. All required maps are nearing
completion and certification, and should be delivered to the Division by August 19, ]994.
EFCI is continuing to work with the State Land Boazd and the Corley Company to reach
agreement on right of entry documents. Given the time required to finalize the agreements
and revise permit pages, and for the Division to review the information, EFCI respectfully
requests an extension of the date for decision on TR-18 to September 15, 1994.
Please contact me if you have any questions or require additional information concerning this
request.
Sincerely,
Energy Fuels Coal, Inc.
Allen S.
